Read the book and changed your footwear, but you still injured? It's more than likely you needing some reprogramming on how to run injury free. We will explain the fundamentals of biomechanics in running, record you running and indicate where you need correcting. We often just need a couple of pointers for all the info to fall into place.

If you have a group of people you run with and keen to know more about barefoot running and more importantly running injury free. Get to know the fundaments by organizing a barefoot lecture on the Biomechanics of running. They say "you give a wise man wisdom he becomes even wiser". Even the most knowledgeable people have things to learn.

If you manage a trail, Running Wild SA will assist you in the management of your trail with special attention on the upkeep of the trail and safety aspects of the trail. These Audits are designed not only to the people walking the trails but also for the trail management as an independent feedback and perspective on the trail.

Running Wild SA is actively involved in Mountain Rescue for the Mountain Club of South Africa, servicing the Garden Route area. Our guides are well trained in survival, first aid and are competitive trail runners ensuring your trip is safe and all precautions are taken for your safety.
