Q. What if I order the incorrect size?
A. We will happily change the shoe for the correct size. You would need to ship it back at your cost and then we will ship you the correct size at our cost.

Q. How does the shipping work?
A. We offer 2 services with the shipping. Either you can opt for a postal service which would go to your P O Box or a notice will be posted to you from your nearest post office. You can track your parcel and pop into the post office to collect. The postal option takes between 5 – 7 days. The other option is via speed post which can arrive either at your post office or at your personal address of choice. This option normally takes 3 – 5 days depending on destination.

Q. What are my paying options?
A. We offer either Paypal or EFT payment at the checkout process.

Q. How long does it take for my order to be processed?
A. Once we receive payment confirmation we will dispatch your goods the next day.

Q. Where is your store located?
A. We are situated in Plettenberg Bay

Q. Where can I try the shoes on?
A. We are an online store so we do not cater for walk in trade. Appointments can be made to meet and try on shoes that we have in stock. For all outlying areas you can contact us and we will direct you to a store nearest to you where you can either try the shoe on and buy direct from store or return to our store to complete your order.

Q. Do I have to create an account?
A. You are not required to create an account if you wish to place an order with us. However, account holders are able to benefit from the following great features: 1 Faster shopping – quickly proceed through the check out as we will have all the details relating to the delivery of your order . 2 Track your order status – log-in to your account to check if your goods have been dispatched. 3 View your order history – check what item/size you previously purchased
