Payment, Shipping and Return policies

Payment methods…

• We offer two payment methods.

• Option 1 = Via Paypal, which is automated and we receive instruction on the payment directly into our system, which makes it very easy to process with minimal delays or correspondence from yourself.
•Option 2 = Via EFT. If you choose to do an EFT it is best you email your proof of payment to us to process your order soonest. We will only pick your payment up in a day or two if you do not email proof of payment. All emails can be directed to


• Once your order has been paid in full your order will be dispatched from the warehouse either the same day or the following morning.
• We offer 3 shipping options.

•Option 1 = collect from our Plett store
•Option 2 = you collect from your nearest post office this option is marked as "Postal service with tracking number"
•Option 3 = door-to-door delivery, this option your items will arrive either at work or at home address of your choice via courier service. This option will be marked "Speed service – door to door"

Both options 2 and 3 we will email you the tracking number and you can monitor the progress of your order.
Shipping will take between 3 and 7 days depending on when your order was placed and where it is being dispatched to.


• We will honor any genuine defects by exchanging the item if the item is in its original box and has not been worn. All defective items must be returned and only then can a new item be sent. Please contact us via email or call us to process any claims.
• We will exchange any items that are the incorrect size and has not been tampered with, within 14 days of the purchase. The incorrect size must be sent back, at your cost, and then a new size will be sent at no extra charge.
